UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, LEIPZIG

The central theme of the redesign of the university campus is a connecting ribbon between the urban fabric and the Linné Park, which is part of the green ring around the city center. A concave building on Grimmaische Straße and the resulting plaza create the urban entrance to the university. To the south, the ribbon features a sequence of various buildings and open spaces: administrative offices, foyer, auditorium, forum, lecture hall building, and cafeteria.
