NIKOLAISTRASSE 33-37, LEIPZIG
In the center of Leipzig—between the main train station and St. Nicholas Church—the commercial building of manufacturer Georg König was erected in 1913.
The spacious rooms and the elaborate stone plaster facade facing Nikolaistraße mark the building as a typical example of early 20th-century urban architecture. Due to its modern frame construction, the building was adaptable for use as a production and commercial space, as well as residential accommodation. The renovation aims to restore the building’s original versatility in a manner that meets contemporary requirements.
