OFFICE BUILDING WITH EXHIBITION SPACE FOR HÖNING GMBH

Höning GmbH commissioned Behzadi + Partner Architects to design and build a new office building on the adjacent plot next to their production hall. The architectural firm managed the project from the initial design through approval and construction. Completed in March 2021, the building is now being occupied by the client.

Key elements of the design include office spaces, a central exhibition area, and a dedicated cafeteria for employees. The building features newly created workspaces in separate offices, a large conference and meeting room, and a spacious kitchen designed for breaks and social interaction.

At the heart of the building is the exhibition area, illuminated by surrounding skylights, showcasing the company’s windows and doors. This space allows visitors to learn about the company and its products. Floor-to-ceiling windows with large door elements provide optimal natural light to the office spaces. The seminar room and entrance area are highlighted with a glass façade, contrasting with the rest of the building, which is clad in horizontal panels.
