Participation in competitions and expert procedures – and urban planning ideas competitions – is intended to contribute to the realization of exemplary designs. Participation motivates participants to measure their own creative power in direct comparison with other colleagues. The aim is to find economical and innovative solutions to complex and everyday planning tasks through successful entries. This promotes interdisciplinary cooperation and general quality awareness.
Construction supervision
The coordination of work processes, the logistically flawless retrieval of services from the individual trades and seamless project monitoring are essential for a successful project.
The Behzadi office ensures that all work is carried out on time, to a high standard of quality and in an economically viable manner within specific framework conditions and requirements.
Design & implementation planning
As part of the preparation of implementation documents, the quality of the design must be planned in detail, substantiated and continued. We focus on close, interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist planners and contact persons from the trades involved.
The aim of each of these planning phases is to implement designs on time and within budget as a prerequisite and key assessment criterion for the architect’s services.
General planning
At the request of many clients, we provide general planning services on their behalf for a wide range of tasks. Behzadi + Partner Architekten BDA acts as the sole point of contact for the specialist trades and specialized disciplines. The aim is to achieve a high level of cost and schedule security with optimized work processes. This includes, for example, the planning services for the architecture, the supporting structure, the technical equipment, surveying, subsoil assessment, landscape planning and road and path construction.
Thanks to this approach, the bureaucratic effort for clients is kept to a minimum. We make the necessary decisions together with our clients.
Urban planning
We develop utilization concepts and structuring plans for plots of land and open spaces, taking into account all the spatial design possibilities in urban development.
We prepare feasibility and strategy studies and develop overall urban development concepts for private and public clients. Depending on requirements, we carry out informal planning and B-plan procedures and add green space plans.
Interior design
The design of interior spaces always follows our aspiration to enable the development of individual style through flexible space utilization concepts.
In addition to technical-constructive aspects, aesthetic-artistic aspects also play a major role. We create tailor-made designs for high-quality and exclusive interior fittings. In addition to the design of public, prestigious rooms and business premises, concepts for private living areas are professionally developed and realized.
Graphics & Design
In addition to the structural tasks, our range of services also includes graphic work, presentations and the development of customized design objects for interior fittings.
Our work ranges from the development of a logo or the definition of a typographical appearance to the design of presentation and image brochures. A graphic design can be transferred to the interior architecture, the color concept or the signage system of an object in an interdisciplinary manner. In this way, we can guarantee a holistic appearance of buildings, objects or products in a spatial context.
Project management
As a focal point of professional construction management, project management ensures the quality of execution and the timely achievement of project goals.
In view of the growing demands on quality, cost control and deadlines, especially in large-scale projects, management services are becoming increasingly necessary. To meet this demand, we take on all project management tasks.
