CARL-GROSS-HAUS, LEIPZIG
Located between the main train station, Nikolaikirche, and the university, the Carl-Gross-Haus, built in 1898, is a prominent feature of the eastern city center.
The commercial and office building, which has been extensively remodeled and partially destroyed during World War II, will regain its original, generously opened facade as part of the renovation. Additionally, it will be enhanced by a newly constructed top floor and a contemporary adaptation of the tower motif.
