NEW OFFICE BUILDING AND PRODUCTION HALL, DSD INDUSTRIEMONTAGEN GMBH

On the site of DSD Industriemontagen in Delitzsch, near Leipzig, a new office building and a production hall are being constructed, mirroring the existing structures on the adjacent northern property of DSD Industrie Rohrtechnik. A connector building will provide direct access between the office building and the hall, and an outdoor storage area will be established.

The new buildings will be constructed using fundamental frameworks such as reinforced concrete columns and precast concrete panels, along with façade materials similar to those of the existing DSD Industrie Rohrtechnik structures. The technical infrastructure and the office building’s amenities will align with the existing buildings.

The green space behind the existing office block on the neighboring property, which serves as a staff relaxation area, will be extended and enhanced on the new site. This area will be landscaped and designed as an open space for DSD IMO employees. Additionally, parking spaces for office and assembly staff will be provided to the north and west of the office building, and along the western side of the hall. Bicycle parking facilities will also be included in this area.
