GUSTAV-ADOLF-STRASSE, LEIPZIG
An elegant, modern residential building is being built in Leipzig’s picturesque Waldstraßen district.
The building accommodates 2 apartments, which in turn are organized over three or four levels. A characteristic feature of the building is that the external cubature appears as an addition of cubes in line with the internal residential structure. The house and the apartments are characterized by the typical building features of spacious balconies and terraces. The living spaces thus experience a perceived spatial extension from the inside to the outside.
