HOTEL BARCELONA AND ALEGRIA HOUSE, BERLIN

The building design concept, located in the heart of Berlin’s city center, encompasses a total floor area (GFA) of 32,117 square meters. It integrates the Barcelona Hotel with the mixed-use residential building Haus Galeria. The complex consists of a high-rise tower and a mid-rise structure, each featuring distinct yet complementary design elements.

Haus Alegria will include 30 business apartments, 280 residential units, and 204 parking spaces. The Barcelona Hotel will offer 266 rooms, including 30 accessible rooms and 53 suites, as well as a restaurant, bar, conference rooms, a pool, and a spa, among other amenities.

The architectural design of the building presents a modern and elegant aesthetic. The hotel’s high-rise tower and the mid-rise Haus Galeria both feature facades with a grid of large windows, alternating between solid and transparent panels. The mid-rise structure is characterized by its wavy, curved surface, creating a dynamic and visually appealing appearance.
