NEW BUILDING OF THE GOK STAFF BUILDING, LEIPZIG

The new staff building, to be constructed, marks the transition to the adjacent landscape area on the western side of the site and is directly functionally related to the existing Company Building 51.

In its structure and orientation, the staff building continues the existing linear development of the barracks and opens up to the northwestern access. In line with the site’s conditions, the longitudinal building volumes relate to the property boundaries and define a new architectural edge along Wiederitzscher Weg. This relationship is also reflected in the building’s access arrangements.
