Renovation work of the old party school in Erfurt is in full swing, Erfurt
The old party school in Erfurt is currently being converted into a customs training centre. Comprehensive renovations and conversions in the existing area are planned on all levels, including a single-storey extension and a four-storey extension standing on supports as a continuation of existing buildings, the construction of a new multi-storey sports hall on the south-eastern part of the property and the restoration of the outdoor facilities in the inner courtyard as well as the southern access area in accordance with the requirements of the listed building.
In this project, special attention is paid to the protection of historical monuments. The former district party school was built between 1969 and 1972 and has been a listed building since 2008.
