On 29.06.2011 the work for the façade competition for the Dental Competence Centre at Prager Straße 2-4 in Leipzig was presented and presented on behalf of Leipziger Stadtbau AG.
The B+ draft:
The striking structure, which is drawn over two buildings, forms the focal point and prelude to Prager Strasse out of town. The scale for a future development of the Talstraße is determined by the additional arrangement of three buildings of the same volume.
The external façade structure overplans the existing building cubatures according to the building application.
While retaining the rear façade in the entrance area and arranging an entrance cube, the spatial effect of the access area is emphasized.
By incorporating the existing façade axes, no structural changes are required.
