Located next to a city park and the Spree Canal, exclusive townhouses have been developed that meet the highest functional and design standards.
The design of 12 houses was awarded 1st prize in an expert appraisal process. Development work began in 2008. Construction of the shell began in spring 2010. In the meantime, most of the harbour quarter has been completed ready for handover and the first residents have moved into their individually designed townhouse. The planned detailed solutions could be implemented with the highest precision and result in a harmonious concept as a whole.
