Evaluation under monument protection law / statement, Parkstadt Dösen
Behzadi + Partner Architekten BDA created a comprehensive pictorial and textual documentation of the listed buildings for the building ensemble of the former park hospital in Dölitz-Dösen. This includes all structural elements of the 27 existing buildings in order to categorise them according to their construction period. The aim is to provide Leipzig’s monument protection authorities with an effective tool for assessing the planned conversion measures for the protected historic building ensemble.
The largest residential construction project in Leipzig with 600 neighbourhoods is of great historical value and is set to become one of the most beautiful residential areas in Leipzig.
