The Markranstädter Bau- und Wohnungsverwaltungsgesellschaft (Markranstädter Bau- und Wohnungsverwaltungsgesellschaft) planned to construct a modern residential building as part of a closed urban district.
The design was developed in 2007 and the building application was submitted. Construction began in June 2009.
After almost 1 year of construction, the modern residential building is available for future tenants.
A frame of light-coloured concrete strips surrounds and structures the glass façade. The hinges are intertwined, grasp the entrance door on the ground floor and are at the same time a horizontal support surface for the façade elements.
