Showroom Company Höning - Concept Development, Jesewitz / Leipzig
By preparing a feasibility study, functional and design possibilities for the conceptual development of a special exhibition and training building had to be worked out.
An approx. 1000 m² multifunctional exhibition area is equipped with separate training and communication rooms.
The specific, urban-shaped body opens up to the main road – a main access road to Leipzig from the northeast and is visible from afar.
The transparent façade stands for openness and innovative technical solutions from the client, the Hönning façade construction elements.
Due to other economic considerations, this concept is unfortunately not pursued further by the client.
In general, however, the project will be continued in a modified form and on a smaller scale. It is planned to submit a building application by 04/2017.
