The software development company BEDAV from Lepzig has to expand its office location due to a very good order situation.
To highlight future development opportunities at the site, Behzadi+Partner Architekten BDA, among others, was also requested. Within the framework of a small expert assessment process, functional and design concepts for a 3rd and 4th construction phase had to be developed.
Compared to the existing building, the location is characterised by modern, independent architecture and stands for BEDAV’s future-oriented know-how.
The interlocking of the main access axes with the main buildings creates interesting spaces in the rear area that serve to linger and regenerate.
