Complete reconstruction and renovation of the lecture hall building, Potsdam
On behalf of the Brandenburg State Agency for Real Estate and Construction, NL Potsdam, conceptual objectives for the conversion of an existing building have been developed since 2009 and the design and implementation planning for the renovation property has been drawn up.
By enlarging uniformly designed opening structures, the rooms receive bright and friendly daytime illumination.
Due to the conversion of the building, which was divided into a main lecture hall and several small classrooms, special room acoustics requirements had to be implemented in the interior design in addition to fire protection-specific requirements.
The opening of the lecture hall took place as planned in August 2015.
