On Friday, 03.07.2015, a proper topping-out ceremony was celebrated in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
Since July 2014, the construction of more than 143 apartments in Rigaerstraße has been started by the general contractor Köster Bau GmbH Niederlassung Leipzig.
Behzadi + Partner Architekten BDA was commissioned to prepare the detailed design of the building as well as the entire complex of outdoor facilities.
The completion of 9 multi-storey residential buildings and two underground car park complexes for a total of approx. 70 parking spaces is planned for the end of 2015.
