From December 2006 to March 2008, the construction of a new multi-storey apartment building was carried out on a plot of land in Leipzig’s music district, which is characterised by large trees.
In accordance with the internal structure, the house is composed of three buildings, in which there are three generously proportioned apartments on each level. Expansive walkways and generously dimensioned loggias characterize the shape of the new building. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with light and greenery.
