After many years of extensive renovation and conversion work, nothing stands in the way of the completion of the entire property for June 2007.
Then the complete renovation and modernization of the villa, which was built in 1930 and named after the first owner, including the associated gardener’s house and all fixed built-in furniture planned by the architects, will be completed. The final touches for the outdoor facilities have been made.
The villa complex is located in Geltow near Potsdam. A fascinating view through a 6 m wide and 3 m high window pane that can be lowered into the basement seizes every visitor to the villa when he directs his gaze to the Schwilowsee.
