Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 8-14 Trade Union House, Leipzig
Built between 1913 and 1917, the trade union building of the Association of German Agents with its 47-metre-high dome was the administrative headquarters of Leipzig’s public transport company until 2013.
The office of Behzadi + Partner Architekten BDA was commissioned with the planning for the conversion of high-quality apartments. 13 new exclusive apartments are to be built in the north wing, each offering more than 100 square metres of space.
