Feasibility study and development of the Schönefelder Höfe district, Leipzig
Our client, VONOVIA, is planning to create additional living space at the Schönefelder Höfe site in Leipzig by converting the top floors. The installation of passenger lifts is also part of the task. The urban feasibility study is intended to examine whether the project is feasible from a design, cost and approval point of view. The study area for the development of the district includes the buildings Baunackstraße 2/4/6, Ploßstraße 18-28, Ploßstraße 11-23, Heinrich-Schmidt-Straße 1/3/5/7 and Emil-Schubert-Straße 2-16. As part of the study, exemplary floor plan solutions were created for the attics of Baunackstraße 4 and Ploßstraße 18.
