Residential and commercial building Carl-Groß-Haus, Leipzig

Located between the main train station, St. Nicholas Church and the university, the Carl Gross House, built in 1898, is a striking part of the eastern part of the city centre.

The commercial and commercial building, which has been rebuilt several times and partially destroyed by the 2nd World War, regains its original generously open façade in the course of the renovation and is supplemented by a newly built attic and a contemporary adaptation of the tower motif.
