69 new homes are to be built along the new Lene-Voigt-Straße (formerly Zarnester Straße) in the future “Großstädteln residential neighbourhood”.
The planned construction of a neighbourhood daycare centre and a playground will make the new housing estate particularly attractive for young families. Numerous trees and rainwater basins will ensure a pleasant climate in summer.
The urban planning design was carried out by our architect Susan Giersdorff, who spent almost eight years planning each individual house on a scale of 1:100 with great dedication and expertise. We would like to express our special thanks for her many years of dedicated work!
