The last vacant lot on the historic Nikolaistraße in Leipzig has been closed The new construction of a hotel of the B & B Hotels group, based in France, fits harmoniously into the structural structure of the development of the street. The prominent location in the city centre of Leipzig required a sensitive planning of the façade design in the context of the surrounding magnificent buildings, as well as functionally optimised floor plans of the floors with their total of 91 rooms.
For more than 15 years, this instructive property has been prepared by our office for ever-changing interested parties.
In 2013, the time had finally come for a solvent, serious investor to implement a sustainable and viable concept. Construction began in August 2014 and was completed on 12 June 2015 with immediate release for use. The first guest checked in on Saturday 13.06.2015.
