A multi-storey residential complex was planned on a corner plot of land in Leipzig’s music district, in the immediate vicinity of an inner-city park.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto generously designed terraces and balconies. Movable sun protection systems lead to a constantly changing façade appearance.
Construction began in December 2006.
At the end of June 2007, a beautiful topping-out ceremony was celebrated. In May 2008, the goods were handed over to the buyers.
