At the end of October 2011, the Delitzsch competence centre was successfully completed and handed over to the client.
In the southwest industrial park in Delitzsch, a modern and energy-efficient building complex for DSD Steel Group GmbH was created according to the concept and planning of Behzadi + Partner Architekten BDA.
The individual areas of the production halls and the office building are interlinked via an intermediate building and a foyer and ensure short distances.
This is a project of dip GmbH, Berlin.
