The façade work has been completed and by the end of 2021 the interior finishing work for the areas with cleanroom technology, laboratories and cafeteria will also be completed.
The shell of the extension of the industrial building has been completed and the installation of the windows and sun protection elements has begun. The area of the high-bay warehouse is already clearly visible, as is the level of the company canteen with its external staircase.
The multi-storey warehouse and industrial building will have a gross floor area of approx. 2,200m². A large main warehouse will be built here with some smaller specific sub-camps, office areas and a canteen on three levels. Since there should be no supports or other load-bearing elements in the warehouse, a frame construction is used to span the length.
